No Experience Required (BT Positions)
No prior ABA experience is required for Behavior Technicians.

A Typical Day at our South Bay clinic
You work directly with young children in home and clinic settings.
At our clinic-based program, you will support children through a structured, preschool-style environment that includes:
- Circle time
- Arts and crafts group
- Social interaction and group activities
- Snack time and daily routines
- Outdoor play and movement
What You’ll Do
Behavior Technicians / RBTs:
- Implement ABA programs with children.
- Provide 1:1 support.
- Teach communication and behavior skills.
- Collect data and track progress.
BCBAs:
- Conduct assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise BTs and RBTs.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers.
Our Client Population
You will primarily work with:
- Primarily Young children (ages 0–5) and 6+ years old
- Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Children with developmental delays
