WE NEED:

  • Passionate BCBA 
  • Demonstrated experience in ABA and Managing Behavior Technicians  and/or Supervisors
  • Demonstrated experience providing parent training
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Highly motivated; Work Independently; Detail Oriented
  • Superb communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Management skills

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  • Depending on your experience, you may work 2 or 3 tier (supervising BTs or Supervisors)
  • Case management (e.g., including goal development, supervision notes, rolling out BIP)
  • Supervise and Train (new) BTs, or Supervisors (BCBA Trainees)
  • Lead Clinic Meetings; Participate in Supervision Meetings
  • Provide (Group) Parent Training and train BTs to conduct Parent Training
  • Complete FBAs and write reports
  • Manage projects, like rolling out new protocols, overseeing Social Skills Groups (SSG)
  • Conduct Team Evaluations
