WE NEED:
- Master’s Degree in Psychology or related field
- BCBA, BCBA candidate. MUST be enrolled in BCBA coursework
- Demonstrated experience in ABA
- Demonstrated experience providing coaching to parents in antecedent strategies consequence delivery
- Demonstrated experience managing Behavior Technicians through BST (and OBM)
- Computer savvy: Google Drive, Onedrive, NPA, virtual meetings/training
- Excellent time (self) management and organizational skills
- Highly motivated; Can Work Independently; Detail Oriented
- Independently manage work hours
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a Reliable car, Valid Drivers License, Proof of Car Insurance
- Long term commitment
- Spanish Speaking is helpful, but not mandatory
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Development of Behavior Intervention Plans and Skill Acquisition Programs
- Supervise and Train (Registered) Behavior Technicians
- Prepare and Lead Clinic and Staff Meetings; Participating in weekly Supervision Meetings
- Provide Parent Training and train Behavior Technicians in Parent Training
- Do assessments (AFLS, EFL, VB-MAPP), write Assessment Reports
- Collaborate with schools/day programs, attend IEPs
- Analyze data and Modify Programs accordingly
- Update Programs in the Client Binder; Write Supervision Notes
- Train Behavior Technician’s in IOA data; Fill out checklists; write Monthly staff evaluation reports
- Conduct Staff Evaluations
- Provide Behavior Skills Training to Behavior Technician
- Train New Behavior Technicians
- Manage Correspondence with Clients, Behavior Technicians, Clinical Director, others.
